As much as we may like to, we can’t always be at Walt Disney World. So I’ve put together the next best thing! Join me for a virtual tour of EPCOT, including the attractions and shows that make this park truly magical.
EPCOT was the second park to open at Walt Disney World Resort, debuting to the public in 1982. Its name represents Walt Disney’s “Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow.” It hosts a permanent World’s Fair, representing technology, nature, culture, and the human spirit. It currently offers two themed lands:
- Future World
- World Showcase

Virtual tours are a great way to explore the parks from home. Set the scene with some Mouse Ears, a few Mickey-shaped treats, and Disney-inspired outfits. Keep a notebook handy to write down ideas for things you see that you’d love to include in your next visit to EPCOT.
Quick Note: EPCOT is in the middle of an exciting transformation! In the coming years, new lands and experiences will debut at this park. For now, I’ve included a virtual tour of its current state. Just keep in mind that entertainment offerings are subject to change (but they’re still fun to enjoy from home).
