What is “Ears of Experience”?
Before I get started, let me share a few details you may not know about Ears of Experience, LLC. Our agency is an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner that was founded in 2009. This year the company received the Platinum EarMarked award from Disney Destinations, the highest level of Disney’s EarMarked program. This means we are recognized in the industry for our knowledge of Disney, integrity, and experience helping families book Disney vacations.
So where do I fall into this? Ears of Experience has a large outside agent program that allows our company to assist families all over the country. Each agent works virtually and runs their own business. However, we are a team and interact daily to provide the best service for our clients.

I have been visiting the Disney Parks and Resorts for over 25 years. But I work with people who have been visiting them even longer or have experience with Disney Destinations that I personally haven’t visited yet. What’s great about this is that we constantly share our experiences. If I don’t know something, someone else on our team surely does. This means I can provide my clients with first-hand insights for their trips.
We Specialize in Our Destinations and Train Accordingly
Speaking of experience, there’s a reason we focus primarily on Disney Destinations (with a touch of Universal Orlando thrown in on the side). We’d rather be the experts in these specific destinations so that we can provide our clients with the absolute best information. Every agent in our company is a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, as well as an extensive training program through Ears of Experience. We gather annually at Walt Disney World to “polish our Ears”. In fact, we even train each other based on our ideas and resources.

This focus on continuous training gives me the confidence to know that I’m giving my clients the most accurate and up-to-date information at all times. We don’t deal in rumors or misleading facts. We don’t share emergent details until they are confirmed. And when it comes to booking packages we are focused on the specific needs of our clients, not just selling high-end vacation components. We act with integrity at all times and are dedicated to serving our clients from the first request until the day they return from their trips.
We Love to Come Up With Unique Ideas for Our Clients
As I’ve said before, every family experiences Disney differently. So when someone asks us for recommendations we often pool our resources to come up with ideas. This is truly the fun part of the job. Sometimes it means coming up with unique solutions to a problem and sometimes it means helping our clients find special ways to celebrate occasions. Either way, we have a team of people ready to get creative.

What I love best about working with Ears of Experience is that we are a team. Yes, we may run our own businesses, but we truly want each other to succeed. I’ve learned so much from my fellow agents over the years. When things get tough, we turn to our “earmates” for support and encouragement, both in our professional and personal lives. Our annual agency conference often feels more like a family reunion. My business would not be the same without this incredible support system behind me.
